Return Policy for Online Purchases Only
All unworn purchases of leggings or socks may be exchanged or returned for a refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Stockings cannot be exchanged or refunded at any time. Returns processed at a online store will be credited directly to your paypal account after the package arrived at our facilities.

- Check out the details for exchange through your email.
(You will receive a confirmation email within 12-24hours. We will state the redelivery cost and issue on the invoice.)
- Once payment for the redelivery cost is made.
- Pack the unworn/unwashed/unused item with all its original packaging, your Gopinkpony ID(or your name) and your address.
- Write down what you want to exchange as well as size and color of item. And it should be enclosed with your returned item.
- Ship it to the return address below within 7days.
*We don't accept demand for exchange or return due to simply changing your mind.
*You can demand exchange or return the item in damages caused by packaging and delivering.
*Don't try on the item, if you want to return or exchange it.
